LBT Women at the Erie Pride Picnic!

The LBT Women had a great time at the Erie Pride Picnic. It was held Saturday June 13th on Presque Isle at the Rotary Pavilion. We set up an info table with information about upcoming planned events and pictures of past events. We also had business cards with our website address to hand out. Kim made up a card from one they had received in a parking lot. It was under their wiper when they returned to the car. Basically it said, Thanks for showing your Pride....referring to the rainbow stickers they had on their car. The other was an idea we came up with to promote a positive image....they are to be given out when you stop to help someone do something. These cards say "You have just been helped by a member of the gay and lesbian community...You're Welcome! We had quite a few women stop by they table to say hi and to get info as well. I hope we made some new friends that day. Do you find this valuable?
